Decent stay, but some bumps

So I booked a twin room for me and my friend for a night after our marathon, thinking it’d be chill. It was a hassle getting her in, then breakfast was a bit off – my jacket ended up missing! The location's great, and the bar area was nice, but food quality needs a serious fix.

Recommend it for a group getaway

Room was large and clean and well-equipped even had a fridge with complimentary water and the breakfast was really good and the staff were super friendly and attentive

Comfortable room, great amenities, the room was nicely sized with a well-equipped ensuite, and the staff were friendly and helpful, making parking very easy right outside the front door.

I had a nice time at the Granary Bar. It was a good spot for a drink and some live music. The atmosphere felt lively and inviting. I went there for dinner and enjoyed a lovely meal. I couldn’t help but notice how friendly the staff were. My husband and I really appreciated the warm service.

It was great to unwind in the jacuzzi after a long day of sightseeing and we loved the diverse breakfast spread each morning. Just a small hiccup with the laundry service taking a bit longer than expected, but overall it was a lovely stay! 😊

I had a wonderful stay where the warm and friendly staff truly made the experience memorable. The room was spacious and had a fantastic canal view that added to the ambiance. The breakfast was excellent, featuring a selection of fresh and delicious items. I felt that the waiting staff at breakfast could be more attentive. a delightful visit!

It was just a good pick for a city trip in Newry with good price value. I really enjoyed the pancakes, bacon, and maple syrup for breakfast. If you're driving, be prepared for a busy car park.

The beautifully olde worlde decor, especially the grand foyer, made me feel like I stepped into a fairy tale. And the sweeping staircase? Such a charming touch for a leisurely stroll!

great hotel for work trips, really grand hallways which makes it feel fancy. had a nice sit down meal and a good pub dinner with sports, staff were super helpful. room was clean and comfy too. totally enjoyed my stay here.
